Freezer Meal Prep

With my previous birth (first homebirth) I wanted to have meals already prepared to make it easier on myself when it came time to feed the family and myself. I prepped six weeks worth of meals.
During our time I will help you learn the ropes of freezer meal prep, send you recipes and videos that fit your family's needs, and prepare it for you if necessary.
* You are responsible for groceries and all material needed for the meals.

As a certified peer lactation counselor and experienced breastfeeding mom of four, I can offer support and guidance to help you through your breastfeeding journey. Whether its some struggles with latching, milk supply, questions or concerns, I am happy to help.
Sessions can be done in person or virtually.

Past traumas can still have an energetic hold on the physical body and mind. Our unique energy healing session will pinpoint the origin of the energetic inference caused by the trauma. You will learn how to correct it and rebalance your energy body, allowing the body's natural healing process to take place. Pregnant women and partners can benefit from a session to clear away any blockages and fears to allow a fresh start.
